Order Issues

To view the status of your order, visit Order Tracking. You will need your order number and the email address you gave us when you placed your order.
Embroidery orders take approximately 4 to 5 Days to process. During this time, your order status will read “ready to ship”. Once your item is embroidered and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information.

To ensure the fastest delivery possible, our warehouse immediately begins processing orders as they are submitted. It is not possible to make changes or cancel your order.

Additionally, if your item is on back order or being embroidered, we may be able to make changes to those items. To do so, click here to use our Live Chat or send us an email.

  • Cancel or Modify an Item that is on Back Order: We can make most changes to your backordered item(s) – if the item has not processed. Items that are in-stock will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Backordered items will automatically ship as soon as we receive them.
If the item is on backorder, then it is currently out of stock, but more inventory is on the way. When you order an item on backorder, you are given priority when the new inventory arrives.
We can make most changes to your backordered items – if the item has not processed. Click here to send us an email or use our Live Chat.
You can make changes to color, size, or quantity directly from your shopping cart. You can also add embroidery or remove the item. To access your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the menu.

Yes, you can make purchases by phone, or through the mail.

Yes. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please send an email to support@chiefuniforms.in with your order number and a brief note describing the issue with your shipment. If you have received a damaged item, please include a photo that clearly shows the product defect so that we may investigate the underlying cause of the issue.

As we recognize that this is an issue we created, we make it easy for you to return your item to us for free. It will be returned to our distribution center at no charge. We will also be happy to replace the problem item at no additional cost to you.

Embroidery

Embroidery is only available on solid scrub tops, scrub jackets and lab coats. Select the item of your choice, check the box to “add embroidery to this item”, and add to your cart. Choose your desired embroidery options, preview your design, and add the embroidery item to your cart.

Custom logo embroidery is available on solid scrub tops, scrub jackets, and lab coats.

Select the item of your choice, check the box to “add embroidery to this item”, and add to your cart. Choose the embroidery option “New Custom Logo”.

1. Upload your own design file. Please be sure it is saved as one of the following extensions: JPG, BMP, TIF.

2. A ₹ 200 setup fee will be charged to your initial order. This fee will be credited back if your logo contains less than 10,000 stitches and your merchandise subtotal is greater than ₹10,000.

3. Approval and processing time include digitizing and sample production. Generally, we process email samples in 5 business days and up to 10 business days for a mailed sample. Your approval is required before we can begin embroidering your items. Please allow an additional 4 to 5 Days to process the embroidery and ship your order.

A customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days to review your order.

Logos with more than 10,000 stitches incur additional setup and/or logo fees. Please visit our

Once you select embroidery for an item and add to your shopping cart, you will be redirected to our embroidery page where you can view your selection against the color of the garment chosen.

For custom logo embroidery orders, a sample of the embroidery will be sent to you via email in approximately 5 business days for your review and approval.

Yes, sure! You can change the shipping address within 48 hrs for Embroidery Order, however for Non-Embroidery order, we can change the address if it is not dispatched.   • Yes! In case of non-embroidery products, we accept order cancellation requests if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse.
  • In the case of embroidery products, we are so sorry, we would not be able to cancel the order as our team would have already started the custom embroidery process. Embroidery products are specially customized for you and cannot be resold.

For non-embroidery orders, we can modify your order if the order is not yet dispatched from our warehouse and for embroidery orders, we would not be able to modify the order as our team would have already started the custom embroidery process. Embroidery products are specially customized for you and cannot be resold, however, please drop us an email on support@chiefuniforms.in or Whatsapp us on +91-868686-6952.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

The customer can place a Return or Exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery for non-customized orders, however we do not accept return or exchange requests for embroidery products. Please refer to our size charts on product detail page. for placing your exchange request. If you further need assistance with size charts reach out to us for assistance as we would be unable to process a second return / exchange request on the exchanged product. Embroidered products are custom made and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. If the product is used, washed or the tag is removed, it is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Once we have received a return request for a product, we will arrange a pickup for the item. Our logistics partners will pick up the item from you within 5-7 working days after we receive your request. The item is then delivered to our warehouse where our quality control team checks the item for quality. Once the item passes the quality checks, the refund amount shall be initiated.
In case of returns, our team initiates the refund after the returned item passes the quality checks at our warehouse. Please note that the entire process from receiving a return request to quality checks at our warehouse can take up to 2 weeks depending on your location and pin code. We request your patience through the process, our team is working to process your refund asap! Please note that for COD orders, the COD charges shall not be refunded. In case of returns, our team initiates the refund after the returned item passes the quality checks at our warehouse. Please note that the entire process from receiving a return request to quality checks at our warehouse can take upto 2 weeks depending on your location and pincode.
